Preparation for “Zoom” Classes:
Equipment: a computer or other device with a working camera, speaker, microphone and internet connection.
Comfortable clothes, a nicely padded place to be on the floor, a couple of folded towels, perhaps a thin pillow.
After you register you will receive a welcome email that will include your payment and Zoom registration links.
If you are a first time Zoom user, no worries! Simply allow 15 minutes to log in and test your audio and video settings.
